Local Delivery: Next-day free for orders over $75 CAD in greater Ottawa and Gatineau. Orders below this threshold incur a flat rate of $6.99 CAD. Delivery typically takes 24-48 hours.

Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
International Shipping (USA)

Standard International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package size. Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days.

Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
3. Tracking Your Order
- After your order is shipped, weโll send you a tracking link to monitor its progress. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Customs Regulations: Some items may have restrictions in certain locations. If an item cannot be shipped to your area, you will be notified during checkout.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Weโll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. Maghreb Market is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damage.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are set by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
