Refund policy

At Maghreb Market, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.

General Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, especially in cases where we shipped damaged or incorrect items. In cases where the customer wishes to return a product, the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

To start a return, please contact us at maghrebmarket00@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that:

  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns for Non-Damaged Items

If the packaging is not damaged but the product has been opened, or if there’s another reason for your return, please:

  2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products (like special orders or personalized items).
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
